You asked and we listened! Our community has a thirst for knowledge, and in our effort to continue arming the contact center industry with the best tools and resources to deliver outstanding service, we’ve decided to launch a book club.
ICMI’s book club is an interactive, virtual reading group for those passionate about improving the customer experience. Whether you’re a contact center director, agent, or a CXO, this is the space for you to learn, network, and grow. Each month we’ll read and discuss a book that will empower you to better serve your teams and customers.
