Here at ICMI we're counting down the days until we take Orlando by storm! We couldn't be any more excited for Contact Center Expo and Conference. From the sessions, to the networking, site tours, and keynotes, we have so many fun and educational experiences planned this year. And since we can't contain our excitement, we decided to give our #ICMIchat participants a sneak peek this week!
