Last week the contact center community invaded Las Vegas for three days of networking, learning, touring, and fun. (And boy does this group know how to have fun) More than 1,000 attendees converged on the Rio and the energy was electric!
Two thought-provoking keynotes, six site tours, more than fifty exhibitors, and numerous breakout sessions and networking opportunities left the crowd inspired and armed with new knowledge to take back home.
Throughout the week, several themes stood out. Meeting the needs of today's omnichannel customers, finding unique ways to engage contact center agents, and improving contact center culture and morale were popular topics of discussion. If you weren't able to join us at Contact Center Demo and Conference this year, we've compiled a quick recap. See the conference through the lense of our attendees in this list of the top ten takeaways from the conference.
