Important Pass Notes
The Standard Conference Pass program begins at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, October 19, 2023.
Expo Hall Only passes require approval. More information below.
Conference passes are available for registrants with customer facing contact centers. ICMI will identify non-exhibiting vendors and/or sales roles upon registration for the event. Those who are determined to be a non-exhibiting vendor and/or having a sales role will be denied access to end-user conference pass pricing and will be subject to denial of pass.
ICMI Contact Center Expo is a trade-only event. You must be 18 years of age and a qualified buyer of call center technology, applications, or products to visit the exhibit hall. If you are considering exhibiting at a future show and would like to view the expo hall for that purpose, please contact [email protected] to arrange a meeting.
Complimentary Expo Hall Pass Policy
The Expo Hall Only Pass is for approved end-users only and includes access to the Expo Hall and keynote presentations. You will receive notification whether you are approved or denied.
Cancellation Date and Fee for Cancellations
All cancellations must be received in writing. If you need to cancel your ICMI Contact Center Expo registration, you may do so for a full refund, less $200 service charge until July 14, 2023. Cancellations received between July 15 - August 25, 2023 will be refunded 50% of the cost of your pass and $200 service charge. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations after August 26, 2023 or for no-shows. If you are unable to attend the event, we recommend that you send a substitution in your place.
