This pass is for approved end-users only and must be pre-approved by the Event Manager. Register Now >
*Conference passes are available for registrants with customer facing contact centers. ICMI will identify non-exhibiting vendors and/or sales roles upon registration for the event. Those who are determined to be a non-exhibiting vendor and/or having a sales role will be denied access to end-user conference pass pricing and will be subject to denial of pass.
ICMI Contact Center Expo is a trade-only event. You must be 18 years of age and a qualified buyer of call center technology, applications, or products to visit the exhibit hall. If you are considering exhibiting at a future show and would like to view the expo hall for that purpose, please contact the sales team at [email protected] to arrange a meeting.
Digital Experience: If you need to cancel, you may do so through Friday, March 26, 2021 and you will be refunded any fees paid minus a $10 credit card processing fee. The event platform will open for pre-show networking and activities the week of March 29, 2021. As such, no refunds are available from March 27, 2021 thru to the event.
