Important Pass Information
Pass Qualifications
- Conference passes are available for registrants with customer-facing contact centers. ICMI will identify non-exhibiting vendors and/or sales roles upon registration for the event. Those who are determined to be a non-exhibiting vendor and/or having a sales role will be denied access to end-user conference pass pricing and will be subject to denial of pass.
Promo Code Usage
- Promo codes and Group discounts /offers may not be retroactively applied or combined. Discounts of any kind, may only be used for net-new registrations.
Group Registration
Bring your team! Groups of 3 or more receive a 25% discount off Conference pass types! All group discount registrations must be submitted from the same company at the same time (within 24 hours). Group discounts cannot be combined with other offers. To register your team, or to learn more, please visit our Group Discounts page.
Expo Hall Pass Policy
- The Expo Hall Only Pass is for approved end-users only and includes access to the Expo Hall and keynote presentations. You will receive notification whether you are approved or denied.
- ICMI Contact Center Expo is a trade-only event. You must be 18 years of age and a qualified buyer of call center technology, applications, or products to visit the exhibit hall. If you are considering exhibiting at a future show and would like to view the expo hall for that purpose, please contact [email protected] to arrange a meeting.
Cancellation Date and Fee for Cancellations
All cancellations must be received in writing. If you need to cancel your ICMI Contact Center Expo Live registration, you may do so for a full refund, less $200 service charge until July 25, 2025. Cancellations received between July 25- September 5, 2025 will be refunded 50% of the cost of your pass and $200 service charge. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations after September 5, 2025 or for no-shows. If you are unable to attend the event, we recommend that you send a substitution in your place. Please email your cancellation or substitution request to [email protected]. There is no cancellation fee for Expo Hall passes.
