Digital Pass Policy
This pass is for approved end-users only and must be pre-approved by the Event Manager. Digital passes are available for registrants with customer facing contact centers. Attendance by industry product and service providers is available exclusively to exhibitors and sponsors of the event. ICMI will review registrations regularly, and those who are determined to be a non-exhibiting vendor and/or having a sales role will be denied access, and any registration fees returned (minus credit card fees).
