When and where will ICMI Contact Center Expo 2021 now take place?
We’re eager to bring our community together in person, and overall, we’re seeing willingness and excitement around the return to live events. However, pacing for Contact Center Expo 2021 is not in-line with what we're seeing across other Informa Tech events such as Data Center World, Enterprise Connect and SupportWorld Live. Feedback indicates that the timing of the event during Labor Day week (the best dates available when we moved the event from 2020) is impacting the ability to attend in an already challenging environment.
ICMI remains committed to producing robust, high-quality event experiences for the contact center community. Given current in-person registration, our successful and well-regarded “Digital Experience” events provide our best opportunity to deliver on this brand promise in 2021.
We have therefore made the difficult decision to reschedule ICMI Contact Center Expo, scheduled for September 7-10 in Dallas, TX to be held during Customer Service Week as a fully digital event. ICMI Contact Center Expo: A Digital Experience will be held October 6-7. This event will feature the quality content, meaningful connections and just plain fun you’ve always associated with our live events – while fully leveraging the advantages only a digital platform can offer!
I am a current ICMI Contact Center Expo conference or expo registrant; now that the event has been switched to a 100% digital experience, what will happen with my pass?
Those with paid registrations for conference packages at the live event will now receive two events for the price of one—at no additional cost. Your registration will transfer automatically and no further action is required. Your updated registration includes:
Digital Pass for ICMI Contact Center Expo: A Digital Experience ($399 value)
Direct transfer of your current registration to ICMI Contact Center Expo 2022 taking place in Fall 2022 (Dates and location TBD)
Those with unpaid conference or confirmed hall only registrations for the live event are encouraged to register for the Digital Experience. Registration will open for the Digital Experience in mid-August. SIGN UP to receive an alert when registration opens!
When will ICMI Contact Center Expo take place in 2022?
