Career growth in the contact center industry does not happen by accident. It happens through relationships, perspective, and learning from people who have already walked the path.
That’s why ICMI is excited to bring mentorship back this year, with two cohorts planned for 2026, and the first one is now open for applications! This year’s program has been refined based on community feedback to create more meaningful, personalized connections.
New for 2026:
* Choose between 1:1 mentorship or small group mentorship
* More thoughtful matching based on role, goals, and experience
* The option to take on leadership roles within the ICMI community for increased visibility and personal branding
What to Expect
The program is built to support real professionals with busy schedules, without adding unnecessary pressure. Over the six-month cohort, participants will:
* Meet once per month for one hour with their mentor or small group
* Join two live, full-cohort sessions to learn and connect with the broader ICMI community
* Receive ongoing email check-ins and support from their mentor and the ICMI team
Participants also receive added value beyond mentorship:
* A complimentary pass to Contact Center Expo
* Exclusive discounts on ICMI training and certification programs
This is a chance to grow with intention while building relationships that last well beyond the cohort.
