This pass is for approved end-users only and includes: access to the Expo hall, keynote presentations, solutions spotlight presentations, and networking events taking place in the Expo hall. A ticket to the ICMI Global Contact Center Awards Party can be purchased separately for just $89. Register Now >

**Expo Hall pass is complimentary for approved end users only and must be pre-approved by the Event Manager. Registration for this pass type closes one week prior to the event.


2 Day Vendor Pass - $4,999

*Conference passes are available for registrants with customer facing contact centers. ICMI will identify non-exhibiting vendors upon registration for the event. Those who are determined to be a non-exhibiting vendor will be denied access to end-user conference pass pricing and will be subject to denial of pass or vendor 2-day pass pricing.


ICMI Contact Center Expo is a trade-only event. You must be 18 years of age and a qualified buyer of call center technology, applications, or products to visit the exhibit hall. If you are considering exhibiting at a future show and would like to view the expo hall for that purpose, please contact John Tatusko at jtatusko@icmi.com to arrange a meeting.

Contact Center Expo will not accept cash for registration fees on site. Payments must be settled with a major credit card.

ICMI Global Contact Center Awards Party

The 6th Annual ICMI Global Contact Center Awards Party  is planned for Tuesday, May 22. This celebration is complimentary with a 2-day, 3-day and 4-day pass and just $89 to add to an Expo Hall/Keynote pass. Join us as we recognize excellence in the industry through proven best practices and performance. It's a fun-filled celebration you won't want to miss.

ICMI Interactive e-Learning Courses

When you register for your pass, you will have the opportunity to choose 1 interactive e-learning course from ICMI. Access to the selected course will be emailed to you within 3 days after Contact Center Expo ends. Length of access to the course is 60 days after the event to accommodate your schedule. Note: Your conference pass must be paid in full to receive this access.*Applicable to 3-, 4-, and 4-day plus passes only. Not available with a 2-day pass. Courses offered include:

• Coaching Agents, 2.5 hour session
• Forecasting, Staffing, and Scheduling, 3 hour session
• Giving Feedback, 1.5 hour session
• Supervising Others, 1.5 hour session

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, you may do so until Friday April 13, 2018. A non refundable $150 cancellation fee will be charged. No-shows and cancellations after Friday April 13, 2018 will be charged the full conference rate. Cancellation policies apply to all conference packages. Attendees who register prior to or after the deadline date who do not cancel in writing by the deadline date are liable for the package cost and will be charged for the full registration fee. Sorry, no refunds are available after this date. If you are unable to attend the conference, we strongly recommend that you send a substitution in your place. This was my first ICMI conference and I was very impressed with this event. The keynotes were relevant and amazing; the venue was well organized and used very well; the sessions were valuable not only from content but from crowd participation. I couldn't have picked a better conference to attend for my first contact center conference.
