The ICMI Global Contact Center Awards program for 2023 is now open! Now is your chance to join the best of the best of the contact center industry on stage and take home a prize! There’s no need to wait for an invite from the selection committee - you just have to start your application to get the ball rolling and enter into your chosen bracket for 14 categories of customer service excellence!
For some people, the thought of starting an awards application may feel akin to starting your taxes, another time-honored tradition this time of year. However, we want to make sure you know this process is going to be much, much easier. For one thing, instead of the IRS, you have dedicated ICMI staff there to assist you every step of the way, no matter what question you have. Also, instead of learning how much you might owe, this is a chance to reflect on the great work of you, your team member, or your team. Also, this process is an intimate, friendly, and confidential affair, so you have a great shot of walking away with good vibes, if not an award!
And this year, we’re adding a welcome, new wrinkle into the ICMI awards process - it’s free! Yup, you don’t have to pay a cent to enter the awards. We don’t want anything to stand in the way of you getting the chance to shine!
And if your application makes it to the finalist round, we’ll warm up a seat for you at the big dance - the awards ceremony at ICMI Contact Center Expo, held on October 16 - 19, in Orlando, Florida. That’s because each finalist application gets one free pass to the expo, and additional discounts for other team members.
The awards cycle has just opened, so you have time, but don’t delay! The deadline for the application process is May 31st.
