What do you do when you are making silly mistakes, forgetting tasks, can’t seem to get back in the groove? When your game is a bit off, chances are you don’t really know what you want or what you are working towards – your success goal isn’t clear. Start a journal – write down when you are happiest, most content, satisfied, pleased with your performance, interested in what you are doing, etc. Do this for a few weeks and then go back and read it all. With that knowledge about yourself, you should be able to start to visualize an end goal. What are you working for? This helps you set a new goal to work towards.

When you are off your game, it is because you aren’t happy with what you are doing or you don’t know where you are going. This weekend, start that journal and – clean out a closet, throw out things, or completely rearrange a room or your office. It’s time for a change. Clear the cobwebs so you can see the future.
