So far, during ICMI’s month-long focus on Culture & Morale, we've shared some pretty stellar examples of contact centers with engaging and exciting internal culture – like the fun videos we've gotten from the Customer Love Team at BuildASign.com, and the great People who are powering the TOPS division of Zions Bancorporation.
And trust me, there's much more to come!
But, I'd be remiss if I didn't re-visit the videos that we deemed finalists for ICMI's first-ever Summer of Social Video contest.
Remember a-way back to then? In case you don't, here's a recap: Last summer, ICMI challenged you to show us your stuff: we asked you to produce the most creative (and caffeinated!) videos that you could muster that best exemplified your contact center’s culture.
We wanted to see the people, the values, character – and characters - that defines your contact center. AND we wanted you to show us how your culture shines through in your everyday customer interactions.
The results were definitely inspiring! The ICMI team received a barrage of fantastic submissions, but our two finalist videos are definitely worth a replay!
First up is the video created by Jose Martinez and Team Lifestyle Lift and features their quest for E.P.I.C. culture!
Next, we have the inspiring video submitted by Bill Badgley and the Starbucks Partner Contact Center.
Even though the Starbucks team ultimately took home the grand prize, all of us here at ICMI consider these teams as winners!
