2012 Resolutions for the Contact Center Industry

What a difference a year makes...

Looking back at ICMI's resolutions from last year, we can proudly say that we've not only succeeded in keeping those resolutions, but we’ve gone above and beyond our goals as well.

In 2011, ICMI accomplished many things – like attracting more than 800 contact center professionals to ACCE in June and successfully reinstating our Call Center Demo & Conference in October. We also became the exclusive licensee of CIAC Certification and launched our Call Center Buyer’s Guide

But we’re not content to rest on our laurels! For 2012, ICMI resolves to continue "pushing the envelope" for another great year in making the contact center – YOUR contact center – succeed through our broad spectrum of quality industry resources. ICMI has plenty of exciting things in the next year, like the return of our ACCE Conference & Expo to Seattle in May, new Symposium , plus new Webinars, Whitepapers, feature articles and blogs.

We also hope that in the New Year you’ll resolve to join us in making our Community even better by continuing to participate and network with us. We WANT to hear from you, so don't be shy!

So, thanks for a great 2011 and we'll see you all in 2012!
