It’s that time of year again!
We’re excited to announce the opening of the nomination process for our second annual Customer Experience Movers & Shakers list.
Who are the innovators and emerging leaders on your team? We want to shine a light on the hardworking, creative individuals who are inspiring excellence, motivating their peers, and shaping the future of customer experience. We're looking for workforce managers, trainers, frontline employees, technology leaders, and customer experience leaders who are worthy of this recognition.
Do you know someone who belongs on this prestigious list? Review the criteria below and then submit a nomination! We will celebrate the honorees at ICMI Contact Center Connections, October 28-30 at the Hyatt Regency in Chicago, IL. If your nominee makes the list, we'll give you a 25% discount on a 2-day pass to attend the conference. Honorees receive a free 2-day pass.
