Jim Roth serves as the Executive Vice President of Customer Support for Salesforce where he is responsible for support operations globally for all Salesforce products. Prior to Salesforce, he spent 17 years at Dell where he worked in services, marketing, and IT. Jim holds dual bachelor’s degrees and a master’s degree from Northwestern University and a Master’s Degree in Management from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He resides in Austin, Texas with his wife Katy and four children.
