The contact center industry is always evolving, and contact center pros must rely on information and advice from their peers to stay on top of the latest trends.
ICMI’s Resources blog provides up-to-date info on the contact center industry, employee retention, and customer experience. For this blog, we rely on contact center professionals who are willing to contribute blogposts based on their personal experience in the industry.
For our annual Featured Contributor program, we put together a team of thought leaders who can provide at least six blogposts (600 words - 1000 words) in the coming calendar year. Contributors will coordinate with Craig Idlebrook, the editor, on ideas and timing for drafts. In return, we’ll tag you on social media, and you get free admission to ICMI Contact Center Expo!
