The contact center is fast-paced and rapidly evolving, and it’s vital that contact center professionals share their collective wisdom with each other to keep up.
At ICMI, we rely on you to help us provide information that your colleagues can use for our articles. That’s why each year, we put out a call for contact center professionals to contribute to ICMI’s resources library.
We're looking for those who can contribute at least six articles (600 words - 1000 words) in the calendar year. Contributors will coordinate with Craig Idlebrook, the editor, on ideas and scheduling for turning in drafts.
In return, you get the bragging rights on social media of being an ICMI featured contributor. You also will get free admission to ICMI Contact Center Expo!
