Just ask for what you want or need today. Ask if you need information. Can’t figure something out? Ask for help. Speak up. Ask. For the most part, people are good and want to help but they can’t if they don’t know what you need. If he or she says no, your head will not explode. Be gracious, say thanks for the time, and move on.
