That's why we created the ICMI Next Step Collective, a new 90-day mentorship experience designed to help contact center professionals grow with the guidance of someone who's already been there.
This isn't a massive mentorship program where everyone gets the same experience. We're intentionally keeping this first cohort small, matching just 10 mentors with 10 mentees based on career goals, leadership experience, and where each person wants to grow. The result? Better conversations, stronger relationships, and advice that's actually relevant to you.

Here's What the Experience Looks Like
Over 90 days, you'll:
- Join a virtual kickoff session
- Meet one-on-one with your mentor every other week for an hour
- Work toward a career goal that's meaningful to you
- Wrap up with a closing celebration and reflection session alongside the cohort
