Coming Soon: ICMI Community Coffee Chats!
Contact center life moves fast. Between metrics, meetings and managing nonstop change, finding time to connect with others who truly get it can be tough. That’s exactly why we’re launching something new: ICMI Community Coffee Chats.
Starting in June, you’re invited to grab a virtual coffee with a few peers for relaxed, supportive conversations that have nothing to do with scripts or SLAs and everything to do with growing your network and meeting new people who can support your professional journey.
Here’s how it works:
- We’ll match you into small, informal groups of 4–5 each month
- One person will act as the “Conversation Captain” and kick things off by scheduling
- ICMI will provide a simple guide with sample prompts to get the conversation flowing
- The chats are off-the-record, low-pressure and all about meaningful connection
No decks. No demos. No expectations. Just talk with contact center leaders and professionals who know what living in your world is like.
