Know Your Wi-Fi Password
Empowering contact center excellence for 30 years!

Know Your Wi-Fi Password

Learn your Wi-Fi password. If it is too complicated to memorize, write it down and keep it in a handy and safe place. It is frustrating when you ask for the Wi-Fi password and the reply is I don’t know - and worse – he or she makes no effort to find it for you. Offering free Wi-Fi is a great source of free advertising. If you are worried about negative postings, free Wi-Fi is not going to fix the problems or make them go away. In fact, you may learn that something needs to be fixed almost immediately before it reaches even more customers. (Please learn your home password as well.)
