 2 Day Vendor Pass - $5,999
*Conference passes are available for registrants with customer facing contact centers. ICMI will identify non-exhibiting vendors upon registration for the event. Those who are determined to be a non-exhibiting vendor will be denied access to end-user conference pass pricing and will be subject to denial of pass or vendor 2-day pass pricing.

ICMI Contact Center Demo is a trade-only event. You must be 18 years of age and a qualified buyer of contact center technology, applications, or products to visit the Demo Hall. If you are considering exhibiting at a future show and would like to view the demo hall for that purpose, please contact John Tatusko at jtatusko@icmi.com to arrange a meeting.

Please note that Contact Center Demo 2017 will not accept cash for registration fees on site. Payments must be settled with a major credit card.


Team Pricing**

3-5 attendees receive a 20% discount
6-10 attendees receive a 30% discount
11+ attendees receive a 40% discount

Promotional codes

Promotional codes cannot be combined or applied retroactively.

REGISTRATION POLICIES: CANCELLATIONS, SUBSTITUTIONS & CHANGES

If you need to cancel, you may do so until August 25, 2017. A non refundable $150 cancellation fee will be charged. No-shows and cancellations after August 25, 2017 will be charged the full conference rate. Cancellation policies apply to all conference packages. Attendees who register prior to or after the deadline date who do not cancel in writing by the deadline date are liable for the package cost and will be charged for the full registration fee. Sorry, refunds and cancellations are not available after this date. If you are unable to attend the conference, we strongly recommend that you send a substitution in your place.

Changes to registrations must be presented in written form. Please note that downgrades are not permissible. Please email your cancellation or substitution request to icmidemoreg@ubm.com using the Registration Change Form.
