Contact Center Demo and Conference is a trade-only event. You must be 18 years of age and a qualified buyer of contact center technology, applications, or products to visit the Demo Hall. If you are considering exhibiting at a future show and would like to view the demo hall for that purpose, please contact John Tatusko at jtatusko@icmi.com to arrange a meeting.

Please note that Contact Center Demo and Conference will not accept cash for registration fees on site. Payments must be settled with a major credit card.

3-5 attendees receive a 20% discount
6-10 attendees receive a 30% discount
11+ attendees receive a 40% discount

Promotional codes cannot be combined or applied retroactively.

2015 Cancellation or Substitution Policy

If you need to cancel, you may do so until September 21, 2015. A non-refundable $150 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations. No-shows and cancellations after September 21, 2015 will be charged the full conference rate. Cancellation policies apply to all conference packages. Attendees who register prior to or after the deadline date who do not cancel in writing by the deadline date are liable for the package cost and will be charged for the full registration fee. Sorry, refunds are not available after this date. If you are unable to attend the conference, we strongly recommend that you send a substitution in your place. Changes to registrations must be presented in written form. Please fax your cancellation or substitution request to 415-947-6011 using the "Registration Change Form". Please note that downgrades are not permissible. Please email your completed change form to icmidemoreg@ubm.com, or you may mail your request to:
