With over 20 years of contact management leadership experience in corporate, not-for-profit, and government settings, Dee Kohler has established herself as an industry leader. Her commitment to excellence in team performance earned her the J.D. Powers award three years in a row.
Dee specializes in improving the experience of both internal and external customers through the integration of strategy, people, process and technology. She has held senior-level customer care positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska, Prime Therapeutics, and Father Flanagan’s Boys Home, and currently serves as Director of Client Relations for Ensocare.
Dee received her Bachelor of Science degree in Administrative Office Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She is a frequent speaker at industry events on the importance of collaboration and communication within the contact center, across the organization and with third party partners.
