Marta has been marketing products and services for over 8 years, and held a marketing management role for more than 8 years. She is currently Director of Marketing and Community at ICMI, responsible for overseeing marketing and brand strategy, audience development, and product campaigns as well as the Community business. The Community business consists of books, research, software, and vendor sponsored advertising and lead generation campaigns.
Marta came to UBM after leaving Creative Labs and moving to Colorado to start a new life closer to mountains. At Creative Labs, she was an eCommerce Coordinator, responsible for managing their retail website marketing functions. She has studied marketing for more than 10 years focusing on interactive marketing, website creation/optimization, and lead generation/nurturing techniques. Marta graduated from Oklahoma State University with a BS in Marketing and minor in Management Information Systems.
