Prior to his role at iPerceptions, Anderson held the position of Director of Development for Capability Snapshot Inc., a research company focused on Enterprise Feedback Management, where he successfully transformed the company’s solution offering by migrating it online. As an iPerceptions founder in 2000, he developed the company’s core product offering, the webValidator, and led multiple research initiatives, including open-ended text categorization, predictive modeling, and behavioral integration. More recently, Duff served as VP Insight responsible for guiding iPerceptions’ Insight team and delivering actionable insight and customized value to enterprise level clients.
