Michael Sernoff is the Senior Vice President of SofterWare, Inc., a software company based in Horsham, PA providing software and payment processing solutions to nonprofit organizations, childcare centers, camps, and schools. The success of SofterWare and it’s 150+ employees has been recognized over the past year with inclusion on various lists such as the Inc. 5000, Software Magazine 500, and Top Workplaces in Philadelphia.
Michael began his career at SofterWare in 1993 as a call center agent. After gaining some diverse experience managing other areas of the company for several years, he assumed managerial responsibility of call center operations in 2004 and all customer service functions in 2006. In his current role as Senior Vice President, Michael’s main focus is continually improving the customer experience for users across all of SofterWare’s product lines.
Michael graduated with a BBA in Management from the University of Massachusetts in 1993 and received an MBA in Organizational Theory from Drexel University in 2001.
