During her 16 years at Emirates, she set the customer service strategy, created and operationally managed the virtual network of 7 centers across 5 continents. She is strongly focused on customer service and employee engagement and is currently working with customers to deliver the best experience possible. She splits her time between the United States and the United Arab Emirates.
