Stella Jackson is a Supervisor for Sitel, and achieved ICMI’s Supervisor of the Year Award in 2012. She joined Sitel as a Customer Service Representative in 2002 and is currently a Supervisor, where she supports 18 Customer Service Representatives and other Supervisors. Each day, she helps people accomplish goals that are set within her company. One of the most important task or goals for her day is to make sure her company is providing the best customer service for each call taken. When taking over an escalated call, it is her duty as a Supervisor to make sure she can turn that call into a call where the customer feels their issue or concern is important and will be taken care of.
Stella has received awards for meeting or exceeding monthly and yearly goals at Sitel. The awards were presented for her accomplishments of providing excellent customer service and the sharing of best practices. One of her best practices to pass along is to smile during every call and the customer will feel that smile.
