About The Author

Micah Green is the Director of Admissions Consulting for Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.  He leads a team of over eighty Admissions Consultants who are responsible for working with prospective students to find the degree program that will fit their personal goals.  Micah has over six years of contact center management experience.  Prior to joining Liberty University as a Training Manager in July 2010, he worked in front-line management and resource training roles for a B2B marketing firm.  He resides in central Virginia with his wife and two daughters.
