Lorianne Feltz-Upperman, CPCU, CIC, CPIW, serves as senior vice president of the Customer Service Division for Erie Insurance Group, a regional property/casualty and life insurer based in Erie, Pennsylvania. She oversees ERIE’s Customer Contact Center; Personal and Commercial Lines Processing; Cash Processing; Billing and Collections.
She previously served as SVP of Marketing, where her responsibilities included the development of strategies to support Agents and their growth; brand and brand architecture; marketing; corporate design and publishing; strategic communications; market research; competitor, customer, and agent research; and sales tools, resources and support.
Lorianne began her career with Erie Insurance Group in May of 1989 as a policy processing specialist and since then has held a variety of roles in the Home Office and the field, including product development specialist, marketing promotions specialist, District Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Assistant Vice President and Marketing Manager, Regional Vice President, and Senior Vice President of the Agency Division.
