Corey (Klein) Goldbaum is the Head of Marketing for Callzilla. She started her career with them in client success, facilitating communication between clients and internal teams and studying the ins and outs of the industry. Corey also leads Callzilla’s innovation initiatives, alongside their development team, as they venture further into automation and artificial intelligence. She looks forward to sharing her experiences with contact center culture, customer experience, and technological advances with ICMI’s readers. In her free time, Corey enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter in South Florida, and spending too much time on social media.
