About The Author

Burg has over twenty years experience fast paced contact centers. He currently serves as Director of Customer Service with BuySeasons Inc., the nation’s leading online only retailer of costumes and party supplies. In this role Burg oversees a 10X ramp up every Halloween. His previous experience includes leading the first multi-channel contact center for Staples and overseeing the massive seasonal swings of the floral industry as Vice President of Teleflora’s consumer direct contact centers. Burg holds a BA in International Relations from Seton Hall University.
