Alberto Garcia has been working in the Call Center industry for more than 24 years. The majority of that time, 18 years, was spent in training & managing Sales and Support Managers, Trainers, Supervisors, CSRs, Quality and Sales Associates for MCI Communications. For the last 4.5 years. Alberto has been part of the BuildASign.com family, growing and managing their Customer Love Team. BuildASign.com has dozens of brands, with the Customer Love Team responsible for supporting all of them, which includes 30 different phone queues. When Alberto started with BuildASign.com, he started with 4 CLRs, and now, through rapid growth and deployment of aggressive service initaitives, he is managing a team of 38, including 4 Floor Managers and a Quality Assurance Specialist.
