Inova's LightLink and Aspect's United IP are Now Interoperable

The Inova LightLink middleware from Inova Solutions is now certified to comply the Aspect United IP 6.6 and 7.0 unified contact center platforms from Aspect. The product alliance will enable Aspect system users to benefit from LightLink’s real-time reporting capabilities.
