The Customer Love Team here at BuildASign.com is continually supported by company staff and executives, which has allowed us to become the world-class team we are today. Within the past four years, our team has grown from two representatives to more than 30, letting us focus on our customers and multiple brands that fall under the BuildASign.com umbrella.
As the face and voice of BuildASign.com, we stick with our customers through the entire purchasing lifecycle – helping them place custom orders, ensuring shipments are received quickly and safely, addressing questions and concerns – and our obsession for customer satisfaction is what helps set us apart.
We know our customers are real people and our products are part of important milestones and celebrations in their lives. Being able to add a personal touch to the customer experience starts with our internal team philosophy. Each Customer Love Team member is viewed as a critical part of our entire team, and we provide our employees autonomy to wow our customers however they see fit.
Our team members are not only empowered to celebrate customers, but one another. At BuildASign.com we prioritize recognition of excellence and often have events – such as "Wow of the Week" – to commend employees for work well done.
BuildASign.com has a strong 'Giving Back' program, and the Customer Love Team makes sure to give back in our own way. We unite in volunteering for local organizations and events such as the Light the Night Walk in Austin, Austin Partners in Education, Blue Santa and more. Company-wide events also are great opportunities for us to celebrate our team spirit – such as our Canville Canstruction event where we built unique structures from cans and boxes to donate to the Capital Area Food Bank. These types of events put our blessings in perspective and help us support our customers on a more personal level.
Our Customer Love Culture continues to develop as we add more integral members to our team and learn more about each other. We love the support we get from BuildASign.com and from our customers every day. Our customers are close to our hearts and we look forward to showing them love whenever the chance arises.
