NOTICE ON AFTERNOON SHUTTLE SERVICE TO/FROM CC EXPO HOTELS
Due to high traffic in the Orlando area, the CC Expo shuttle buses to and from the Gaylord and Caribe Royale will be running on a loop route to both locations in the AFTERNOON ONLY. In the mornings, the individual hotel routes and time frames will also remain as is.
Attendees should look for a Mears transport representative at the shuttle service areas as designated below:
- Gaylord: At the Transportation Lobby located at the front of the hotel
- Caribe Royale: At the Porte Cochere entrance of the convention center
- Omni Championsgate: Shuttles will drop off and pick up at the Porte Cochere entrance of the Osceola Conference Center
Also, be sure to confirm which hotel the shuttle bus is going to when departing from the Championsgate – Gaylord or Caribe Royale.

Tuesday, October 25 – Approximately every 30 minutes as follows
6:45am to 8:15am – last departure from Caribe or Gaylord
3:45pm to 6:15pm – last departure from the Caribe or Gaylord
6:45pm last departure from the Championsgate to Caribe or Gaylord
Wednesday, October 26 – Approximately every 30 minutes as follows
6:45am to 8:15am – last departure from Caribe or Gaylord
3:45pm to 8:45pm – last departure from the Caribe or Gaylord
9:15pm last departure from the Championsgate to Caribe or Gaylord
Thursday, October 27 – Approximately every 30 minutes as follows
6:45am to 8:15am – last departure from Caribe or Gaylord
3:45pm to 4:45pm – last departure from the Caribe or Gaylord
5:15pm last departure from the Championsgate to Caribe or Gaylord to Caribe
