There is a rumor that this little thing called the NCAA March Madness Tournament begins this month. While we at ICMI may not be able to help you with your brackets, we can help you with another important initiative. You see, your ICMI team is on the March to Mobile Madness!  Join us all month long as we share expert advice and community insight on the importance of the mobile platform and customer service. We’ll revisit mobile survey data from 2013 and update you on 2014 trends. Each week you can also share what you’ve learned and ask questions during our #ICMIchats happening every Tuesday at 1p ET.

It is often said that mobile is the platform that will bring all departments together on the march to a great customer experience. So march on! March to Mobile Madness!
