#CCExpo14 Insider: Day Two

Day one of Contact Center Expo and Conference was a huge success, and we’re excited for all that Day two has in store!

With more than 1500 in attendance this year, the buzz and excitement are electric.  And it only gets better from here!

Today we’ll kick off the morning with a dynamic keynote from Bill Rancic.  We’ll end the day by celebrating the best in our industry at the Global Contact Center Awards dinner.  In between, we’ll hear from thought leaders and technology experts on the exhibit hall, and learn from the brightest customer service leaders in a variety of educational sessions.
