Please remember you must follow this criteria:

  • Video must be 3 to 5 minutes in length
  • File must be in WMV, AVI, MOV, MP4, MPEG, FLV, MKV, or 3GP Format
  • Max file size of 250MB

IMPORTANT:  Our video upload tool goes through YouTube -- if your company has YouTube blocked on your end, you will not be able to upload your video correctly. If that is the case, you should upload the video from a home computer or someplace else with a broadband connection that does not block YouTube. Alternatively, you could contact your IT group to ask about being able to temporarily connect to YouTube.
