Contact Center Demo and Conference attendees, are you up for an adventure?  We’ve got a fun challenge planned for you!  Should you choose to accept, you could be the proud new owner of a mini iPad, Amazon gift card, American Express giftcard, or some Starbucks coffee (all our treat!).

Beginning tomorrow, Tuesday, November 4, we’re sending you on scavenger hunt!  Make sure to follow our Twitter stream (@CallCenterICMI) and keep an eye on our Facebook page for the clues. If you see an update tagged with #ICMIhunt, that’s your cue to start searching.

Follow the clues and solve the puzzle and we’ll reward you!  Find a prize envelope?  Tweet us and let us know! (Don’t forget to tag it with #CCDemo14 & #ICMIhunt)  Then stop by the ICMI booth to pick up your loot.
