Live from Call Center Demo and Conference: Day 2

Day 2 of Call Center Demo and Conference is underway, and we have many exciting things in store!  Today we open up the expo hall, kick off Passport to Prizes, Dare2Share, and hear from exciting keynote and session speakers.

The morning began with a bonus educational session from ICMI: How to Achieve a "winning" Contact center Through Expert Training. 

Next up: a keynote presentation from Lisa Ford.
