(REBS) and is a joint venture between REBS and the National Association of REALTORS®. zipLogix is seeking the services of an experienced call center manager who can join the organization for a short-term, full-time project. The successful candidate for this engagement will assist the organization in implementing new call center technologies and practices that have not yet been integrated into the day-to-day operation. These include multi-tiered telephonic operations, chat and fax-on-demand, to name a few.
Qualifications Demonstrated success in call center best practice leadership. Proven track record of introducing new call center technologies in an operational call center. Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and a documented ability to impart new concepts effectively to staff. Portfolio of effective short-term implementation assignments. Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
