ICMI Customer Service Week Party Sweepstakes

 

With Customer Service Week just around the corner, we can't wait to celebrate the contact center pros who make every day a little easier. In fact we're so excited about Customer Service Week, we want to throw YOU a party.

The Proposition

ICMI will give you $100 AMEX gift card, party favors, and ICMI swag to use towards your Customer Service Week party IF you can answer one question in 100 words or less:

What's one creative way contact centers can celebrate Customer Service Week for less than $5 per person?

 

The Rules

Responses must be original, not using copyrighted matertial, and written by the entrant whose name is entered in the sweepstakes entry. Responses must pertain to the organization the entrant is representing. Deadline for entries is September 16, 2013.

Who Can Enter

Anyone working in a contact organization, with a valid company email address and telephone number. Must be 21 years of age or older.

How to Win

A winner will be chosen at random from the pool of qualified entries. Winners will be notified by September 18, and announced in the September 19 issue of Call Center Insider.
