SURVEY TITLE: YOUR Perspective: Social Care as a Customer and a Contact Center Leader

  1. How you as a consumer are using social media for customer service 
  2. How you as a contact center are supporting social as a service channel.

The objective of the research is to determine the community’s opinions, intentions, usage, and goals around social media customer care.
