It's time to step into the spotlight and share your story!
I'm so excited to let everyone know that ACCE 2013 Call for Papers is NOW OPEN! If you have a story or case study that you think will engage, challenge, and inform our audience, then this is YOUR opportunity to shine. ACCE - the largest annual global gathering for the contact center industry - will take place May 13-16, 2013 at the Washington State Convention & Trade Center in Seattle, Washington.
ACCE attracts 1,000+ customer care professionals from around the country, representing organizations of all sizes and in a variety of industries. To appeal to this diverse audience, our programs cover a broad range of key topics covering:
- People Management
- Operations Management
- Technology Management
- Strategy and Leadership initiatives
In addition to these broad areas, submissions that offer practical and specific takeaway tools that will enable attendees to implement practices and processes immediately in his/her own center are highly desirable.
Each session/workshop proposal received is carefully reviewed by our Conference Advisory Board Members, who make final selections based on topic and subject matter, as well as fit into the overall program.
The brief entry process will request a suggested title, description, key takeaways, your contact information and a short bio. To be considered, your submission must be received by September 21st. If selected to be part of the ACCE 2013 Faculty, you will receive a complimentary registration, and coveted industry expert status.
