Hey guys!

Our topic for tomorrow is "Tackling Turnover in the Contact Center." Our host for the day is @NealTopf

Here are the questions we plan to cover:

Q1: What is the employee retention rate in your organization? (A guesstimate is fine)
Q2: Churn rates are historically pretty high in contact centers. Is that inevitable, or do we need to do better?
Q3: What are some of the major causes of churn in the #cctr?
Q4: What are a few ways to prevent #cctr churn?
Q5: How can the #cctr leverage workforce management tools to help improve agent retention?
Q6: What’s one thing you can do in the next week to make life easier for your agents?
