Good morning and Happy (almost) Halloween!

In the spirit of the season, we're going to chat about scary good customer service today. Here are our #ICMIchat questions for Tuesday, October 30th. A few years ago, this question was posed on Quora: What does excellent #custserv mean to you? Today we'll dig into some of those answers!
