Good morning and Happy (almost) Halloween!

In the spirit of the season, we're going to chat about scary good customer service today. Here are our #ICMIchat questions for Tuesday, October 30th. A few years ago, this question was posed on Quora: What does excellent #custserv mean to you? Today we'll dig into some of those answers!

Icebreaker: Do you have a favorite scary movie?

Q1: How do you anticipate your customers' needs?

Q2: How can the contact center enable product improvements?

Q3: What's one way companies could make service more efficient?

Q4: How do you ensure consistency when your teams are distributed?

Q5: What are some ways to keep your service team from becoming complacent?

Q6: How do you define customer happiness? How do you know when you've achieved it?

Q7: Do you think you have to exceed customer expectations to provide great service? Why/why not?

Q8: Here's a quote from the same Quora thread. Curious to hear your thoughts about it! What do you think?</p>

"A customer who is just not happy with the outcome or services received because they have preconceived notions on what they feel should happen - does not mean they didn't receive good customer service."

As always, the conversation starts at 1:00 ET on Twitter. Just follow and use our hashtag to join! Hope to seeyou there.
