Since we are dealing with small call centers, I am curious how many of you use a WFM software compared to Excel spreadsheets. What software are you using that wouldn't be super expensive for a small call center?

If you are using spreadsheets, are they just ones that you created yourself, or did you buy them from somewhere like SpreadsheetScheduler.com?

We are currently using Excel spreadsheet that we've created internally. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done.

I went from a very large operation with a command center to a very small one where WFM was an acronym for a major customer and so got very curious looks. I would love to get my hands on an excel spreadsheet!

Would anyone be interested in a quarterly Best Practices call? Intent to have conference call with managers/directors to discuss current issues or trends and share best practices for operational excellence. I would be happy to help facilitate. Please let me if interested, and I will follow up with some potential time(s) and sample agenda.

WFM is not other than anything but to get the all info on the same sheet regargs your all data, like we used to do on essayontime where all the info stays together and also it helps you to get ready the monthly report in easy way.

Hi. I am using wps. I choose wps because it is cheaper than other programs in which you can make text. But in general I like Linux more because this system is free and it has its own programs which are free too.
