Call for Speakers Now Open

Proposals are now being accepted for ICMI's Contact Center Expo taking place October 24-27, 2022 in Orlando, FL. ICMI Contact Center Expo is truly different, providing level of value to senior contact center, customer service, and customer experience professionals that can't be found at any other event.
We are looking for new, unique, and engaging industry topics for our attendees. If you have expertise or a valuable case study to share with the industry, we hope you’ll consider submitting a proposal for consideration. We ask that session proposals conform to the guidance and guidelines in the Speaker Toolkit. We look forward to reviewing your submission. You will be contacted via email no later than mid-May, with your proposal status.

Deadline for submissions is midnight ET on March 25, 2022.
All sessions should be vendor-agnostic and offer practical and specific takeaways. Commercial or promotional content will not be considered.
Breakfast Briefings and Solutions Spotlight sessions are additional value-added options for exhibitors interested in presenting more specific information about their offerings and areas of expertise.
