- Check your Speaker Listing & Session Schedule
- Submit changes to your Speaker Biography & Picture by emailing us at ICMIConference@icmi.com by Friday, July 5.
- Sign the Speaker Agreement and return it to us at ICMIConference@icmi.com by Friday, July 12.
- If you have any special requests for supplies in your session room or AV requirements, please submit them to us by Monday, September 2.
- Download your Presentation Template.
- After reading the speaker presentation guide, submit your presentation slides directly to ICMIConference@icmi.com by Monday, September 23.
- Make your hotel reservation by Friday, October 4. Please note that we recommend booking your hotel room asap because rooms cannot be guaranteed.
- Register for the event by Wednesday, October 2. If you have any issues, please email us at ICMIConference@icmi.com

- All session rooms will be equipped with laptops that are pre-loaded with your presentation. Be sure to bring a backup copy of your presentation on a flash drive.
An ICMI staff member will be in the room prior to your session to review housekeeping notes and introduce the session.

As Contact Center Demo draws closer, speakers are from time to time subjected to improper solicitation from unaffiliated hotels or third-party housing agencies. Hotels listed on this website are the sole UBM-approved hotels for the event. UBM, in our efforts to provide exhibitors and attendees with a quality event, encourages you to book your housing accommodations using the reservation phone numbers and/or links provided to attendees.
